1.     ELIGIBILITY: The Miller Lite "Enjoy the Lites" Holiday Game ("Game") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States & DC, except CA, 21 years of age or older. Void in CA and where prohibited by law. Employees, directors, officers, and agents of Miller Brewing Company ("Sponsor"), MillerCoors LLC, SABMiller plc., and their respective divisions, dealers, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies involved in promotion, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and in-laws) and individuals residing in the same households of such employees are not eligible. Employees of alcohol beverage retailers and suppliers are also ineligible.

 

2.     HOW TO PLAY: Look for an official Entry Code printed inside specially-marked Miller Lite 12-pack 12 oz. bottle packages. Enter your Entry Code online at www.millerlite.com starting at 12:00:00 pm ET on 10/31/08 through 11:59:59pm ET on 1/31/09 for a chance to win. You must have Internet access and a valid e-mail address to participate. Potential winners will be sent an email notification approximately 24 hours after the time the entry is received. Only potential winners will be notified. If your email notification includes the words "YOU WIN", you win the prize specified (subject to verification and eligibility). If your email notification contains any message other than the one stated above, or is blank, you are not a winner. Email notification will be sent to the e-mail address indicated upon registration. Winners will be determined through random computer generation methodology. Prize winners will receive their prize within 6-8 weeks of identification and verification. Limit one (1) entry per person/e-mail address per day. If more than one (1) entry is received from one person in a single day, only the first entry received will be considered valid. For purposes of this promotion, a "day" is the 24 hour period between 12:00:00 am ET and 11:59:59 pm ET.

 

      HOW TO GET AN ENTRY CODE WITHOUT PURCHASE: Due to state law, Texas and West Virginia residents only may use "3TLB774" as an Entry Code. All other eligible residents in other states may use "NPN3Y44" as the entry code.

      Gift cards are subject to terms set by the issuer. Gift Cards are preloaded in the amount of $25 and not merchant specific. Gift cards can be used anywhere issuer is accepted. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and the time at which the entries are received. The total ARV of all prizes is $175,000.

 

4.     PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Prizes are not transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of any prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Federal, state, and local taxes on prize and any expenses relating to the acceptance and use of prize not specified herein are the responsibility of winner.

 

5.     ADDITIONAL TERMS: Specially-marked packages will generally be available through 12/31/08 or while supplies last. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected mail/e-mail, or for any technical problems, malfunctions of any telephone lines, computer systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof. In the event of a dispute regarding any e-mail entry, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry (i.e., the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address). Potential winners may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. All on-line entries must be submitted from a valid e-mail account, which may be identified by reverse domain name search. Sponsor not responsible for any damage to any participant's computer system/software related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these official rules. Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like methods of participation will void all such submissions by such methods. Only Official Entry Codes obtained via Rule #2 shall be deemed to have been obtained legitimately. In the event of a printing/production error, irregular code/message or computer error, neither Miller Brewing Company, MillerCoors LLC, SABMiller plc., their distributors, alcohol beverage retailers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, printers of Entry Codes, nor their respective agents and agencies shall have any liability. Liability for any irregular or damaged Entry Code is limited to replacement with another. In the event Miller is prevented from continuing with the promotion or the integrity and/or feasibility of the promotion is severely undermined by any event beyond Miller's control, including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, infection by computer virus, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or other cause not reasonably within Miller's control (each a "Force Majeure" event or occurrence), Miller shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the promotion without any further obligation. If Miller, in its discretion, elects to abbreviate the promotion as a result of a Force Majeure event, a notice will be posted on-line; In the event of cancellation Miller will award the prizes in a random drawing from among all valid and eligible entries received up to the time of such Force Majeure event, providing a sufficient number of entries are received. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winners agree to hold Sponsor, their respective representatives, directors, officers, agents, divisions, dealers, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies, employees and assigns ("Released Parties"), harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of any prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final. Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Game or the prizes awarded shall be resolved under the laws of the State of Wisconsin in the U.S., without respect to any conflict of law issues, and entrants agree that such shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the Federal or State Courts of Wisconsin. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical, technical, or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the promotion or in the announcement of prizes. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any promotion materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. Prize supplier has no responsibilities in the conduct or administration of this Promotion.
